1. General

Luxe Spa Days facilitates bookings, experiences, and gift vouchers on behalf of independent spa partners. All reservations and cancellations are subject to the individual spa partner’s availability and operational policies.

By purchasing or redeeming a voucher or booking through Luxe Spa Days, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Amendments

2.1 Advance Notice

All spa appointments must be cancelled or amended directly with the spa partner.

A minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice is typically required, depending on the spa partner’s policy.

Specific cancellation windows will be communicated at the time of booking.

2.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made outside the spa partner’s permitted cancellation window may result in:

Full or partial forfeiture of the voucher or booking value

Application of a cancellation fee, as determined by the spa partner

Luxe Spa Days is not responsible for fees applied by spa partners.

2.3 No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows typically result in full forfeiture of the voucher or booking value.

3. Voucher Cancellations

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.

Unused vouchers remain valid until the stated expiry date, subject to the spa partner’s availability and blackout dates.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended unless approved at the spa partner’s discretion.

4. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

The full value of the booking will remain chargeable, regardless of reduced treatment duration.

5. Spa-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that a spa partner must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to operational reasons, the spa partner will contact the guest directly to arrange an alternative date or suitable resolution.

Luxe Spa Days is not liable for cancellations initiated by spa partners but will provide reasonable support where required.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Cancellation requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the spa partner.

Supporting documentation may be required.

7. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
