Refund and Dispute Policy

1. General Policy

At Luxe Spa Days, we aim to provide a seamless and premium experience for both our spa partners and guests. Due to the nature of digital vouchers, bookings, and third-party service fulfilment, all purchases are final, subject to the terms outlined below.

By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Luxe Spa Days voucher or service, you agree to this Refund & Dispute Policy.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Gift Vouchers

All gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred for monetary value.

Lost, stolen, expired, or unused vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced.

2.2 Bookings & Experiences

Refund eligibility for spa treatments, packages, or experiences is determined by the individual spa partner’s cancellation and refund policy.

Luxe Spa Days acts solely as a facilitating platform and is not responsible for issuing refunds for redeemed or partially redeemed services.

Any refunds approved by the spa partner will be processed directly by the spa in accordance with their internal policies.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show)

Late arrival resulting in shortened treatment time

Change of mind after purchase

Inability to secure a preferred date or time

Failure to redeem the voucher within the stated validity period

3. Cancellations & Amendments

Appointment changes or cancellations must be made directly with the spa partner and within their stated cancellation window.

Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in full forfeiture of the voucher or booking value.

Luxe Spa Days is not responsible for cancellation penalties applied by spa partners.

4. Dispute Resolution Policy

4.1 Service Quality & Experience

Any disputes or concerns regarding the quality of services provided, guest experience, or spa conduct must be raised directly with the spa partner where the service was delivered.

Luxe Spa Days does not control spa operations and cannot be held responsible for the performance, service quality, or outcomes of treatments.

4.2 Platform & Transaction Issues

If a dispute relates to:

Voucher purchase

Payment processing

Digital delivery

Platform malfunction

Please contact Luxe Spa Days customer support within 7 days of purchase with relevant order details. Each case will be reviewed fairly and promptly.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Luxe Spa Days prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of account access, cancellation of vouchers, and refusal of future services.

Fraudulent claims or misuse of vouchers will be reported in accordance with UAE law.

6. Liability Limitation

Luxe Spa Days acts solely as a marketing and booking facilitation platform and does not provide spa services directly.

We shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury

Allergic reactions

Medical complications

Dissatisfaction with service delivery

All treatments and services are delivered entirely at the guest’s own discretion and risk.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Dispute Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
