Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions (UAE)

1. Definitions

1.1. “Voucher” means any digital or physical gift certificate issued by [Your Spa / Luxe Spa Days] that entitles the bearer to the spa experience or service listed on the voucher.
1.2. “Voucher Holder” means the person presenting the Voucher for redemption.
1.3. “Redemption Partner” means the spa or business providing the service redeemed by the voucher.

2. Validity & Expiry

2.1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
2.2. Vouchers expire at 23:59 on the final validity date and cannot be redeemed thereafter.
2.3. The expiry date cannot be extended except at the sole discretion of the Redemption Partner and subject to written request prior to expiry.

3. Redemption

3.1. Prior reservation is required unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
3.2. Reservations must be made directly with the spa and are subject to availability.
3.3. Vouchers may be subject to blackout dates (e.g., public holidays, special events) as specified on the voucher or by the Redemption Partner.
3.4. Vouchers are only redeemable for the services or experiences listed and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other services unless agreed in writing.

4. Voucher Conditions

4.1. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by UAE law.
4.2. Vouchers are not redeemable for third-party gift cards or other voucher products unless explicitly stated.
4.3. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
4.4. Only one voucher may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.

5. Usage Limits

5.1. Unless stated, vouchers are valid for one use per visit and cannot be split across multiple visits.
5.2. If the cost of the service exceeds the voucher value, the Voucher Holder must pay the difference.
5.3. Unused value of a service cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or carried forward.

6. Transferability

6.1. Vouchers may be used by anyone in possession of the voucher unless the voucher states it is only redeemable by a named person.
6.2. Transfer or resale of vouchers for commercial gain is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the issuer.

7. Changes & Cancellations

7.1. The issuer and Redemption Partner reserve the right to modify voucher terms or withdraw offers at any time with reasonable notice.
7.2. Spa reservations made using vouchers may be subject to standard cancellation or no-show fees applied by the Redemption Partner.

8. Liability

8.1. The issuer is not responsible for the quality or conduct of the services provided by the Redemption Partner.
8.2. Any disputes regarding the redeemed service should be directed to the Redemption Partner.
8.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, the purchaser and Voucher Holder agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
